The heart behind the design

Genesis 1:27 states that we as men and women are made in the image of God. We can never be God, Jesus or the Holy Spirit but we can try our best to reflect their attributes. Because a reflection of something can never be the initial object. We bear the image of God… let that sink in for a moment. It's pretty amazing that God entrusted us with that privilege! And it’s only through His son Jesus and our faith in Him that we can emulate Him. 

This shirt is two things. One, it’s a conversation starter and it’s something out of the norm because the text is reversed. But ultimately, it’s a reminder to whoever is wearing it that when you look in the mirror you see that you are an image bearer of God and that you need to strive every day to be more like Him.
