Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges. For any questions send a message through the contact form.
Damaged or Incorrect Order
We sincerely apologize for the mistake and will make it right as soon as possible! Please send a message through the contact form to notify us of the issue. Things to include are your order number, name and email used when placing the order. Be sure to specify the product you ordered as well as the product you received including size, color, and style/design. Please attach pictures of the product(s) showing the issue.
Promo Codes
Only one discount code may be applied per order (including free shipping discount code). Be sure you applied the correct promo code before placing the order.
We are unable to provide a discount code after after your order has been placed. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Shipping Issues
We will not be held responsible for any shipping address discrepancies which include Lost, Misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments. Before placing your order, please ensure all contact and address information is correct. We are not responsible for any package once they leave our facility and are dropped off for shipment.
Sizing
All of our sizes are unisex, but similar to a men’s cut, and our sizing is based from our suppliers. Please refer to the sizing chart on each product to determine which size will fit you best! Product material can be found in the description of each item, most items are usually a cotton/polyester blend.
Care instructions
Increase Jesus is not responsible for any damages incurred during the wash/dry cycles. If you believe an item is damaged or faulty please send a message through the contact form to notify us.
